New Dues Payment Option - Automatic Recurring Monthly Credit Card Payments
In our continuing effort to improve the BR&CF web site and better service our members, we have added a new dues payment option for members who currently send dues payments via the postal service or pay dues at our web site using a credit / debit card. These members can sign up for our new automatic recurring monthly credit card program.
Recurring credit card payments are processed on the 15th of each month and members who have a valid e-mail address on file will receive an e-mail (from our merchant providing the credit card services) advising the transaction was processed.
Members can sign up by logging into the members’ area of our site, make a credit card payment and select the checkbox under their member number and name to establish automatic recurring credit/debit card payments. When choosing this option, members will see on the computer screen when the first credit / debit transaction will occur and the monthly dues amount that will be applied to the card.
Members can also revisit the BRCF web site at any time to update their credit / debit card data on file. Card information is kept by the merchant processing the transactions and is not visible to BR&CF employees.
