If you are employed in the Motive Power or Transportation Department of any Transportation Company, in active service of such employment, a member of your respective Railroad Brotherhood or Union. Applications are reviewed and benefit limits determined upon receipt at the Principal Office, but in no case shall benefits exceed your average monthly earnings.
